I doubt you'll find high-level linguist jobs on Craigslist. Go to USAjobs.com The US State department is always hiring linguists. Also, do a little Internet research on companies that do extensive business with China and/or Russia, and send an unsolicited resume.

Your English isn't as fluent as you think! Why would you be looking for jobs on Craigslist?
