First, I think your mistaken about Al Gore's concern with the environment. Otherwise, why would he push for a light bulb that contains MERCURY to replace the incandescent lamp? As for illegal campaign contributions, from sworn to poverty monks and nums, the Clintons want you to forget.

Gore is a liar and a charlatan! He stands to make tons of money if the majority of America falls for his Green push. Just remember this as a rule of thumb...if celebrities support it, it's probably bogus. I do agree that we could make this bulb cheaper and more efficiently than the Chinese but then the Clinton/Gore's main contributor would lose funds. Pretty capitalist like for a bunch of commies. Hypocrites!
