Did China make a booboo?
I have been saying for a while that China would regret using Islam to rid areas like Tibet and other provinces of their unwanted nationalistic cultures. It now looks like just the barest of beginnings of the worst riots to hit China. Since our economy will collapse without a lot more money from China, what will happen if China starts having more pressing issues than giving us money? Thank you for your comment Josh. However, although it may still have a little ways to go, I believe we will be looking at the first seeds of a civil war in China. They will be in no condition to help anyone, including themselves. Even one of the most communist governments in the world can underestimate the power of enemies within its own borders.

We'll be forced to clean up our own act, I think. But I doubt very much that the Chinese are going to do that, they need a market for their goods and an engine for their economic growth and we're too stupid to see that if we lose all our industry and import products from another country we'll end up a third world country ourselves.

I'm not that up on all the world news and politics as you are so didn't know about this. But, I can say that surely they will regret such a mistake! And thinking ahead about the financial disasters that might take place, it just looks very bad. Only the Lord knows how he will take care of us when famine and other disasters hit. There will be so much misery and people blaming the wrong things because they are confused and bitter and need to blame something. Christians have been going through heavy trials for quite some years now---I see this as God purifying us so that we will trust him completely, and also be ready for worse times that will come upon us.
